INGREDIENTS:
- Jalapeños, large (10)
- Cream Cheese, softened (8 oz)
- Calicutts' Chipotle & Honey (2 tsp)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1.5 cups)
- Bacon, cooked & crumbled (0.5 lb)
- Green Onions, sliced (0.25 cup)
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wearing gloves, slice each of the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and veins using a spoon.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine the cream cheese, Chipotle & Honey, cheddar, bacon, and green onions.
- Spoon mixture evenly in the jalapeños and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender. Enjoy!
