Mediterranean Roasted Tomatoes



  • Mediterranean Spice (tbsp)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (2 pints)
  • Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Kosher Sea Salt (pinch)


  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Toss tomatoes with olive oil and spice, and place onto a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Roast, tossing once, until tomatoes blister, 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt. Add tomatoes to salads, pizzas, pasta dishes, etc.
