Herb-rubbed Pork Tenderloin



  • Herbes de Provence Spice (2 tbsp)
  • Pork Tenderloin (2 lbs)
  • Kosher Sea Salt (pinch)
  • Olive Oil (for drizzling)


  1. Trim tenderloin of silverskin.
  2. Coat meat with olive oil. Season on all sides with salt.
  3. Sprinkle spice on all sides and massage into meat.
  4. Grill/cook meat until done (no less than 145°).
