Our Fire Salt was inspired by the base-seasoning of a closely-guarded family recipe for Soppressata, a traditional Italian dry-cured spicy sausage. We pair hand-harvested, solar-evaporated Pacific Ocean Sea Salt sourced from a family-owned salt company in Oregon, with freshly ground toasted Cayenne Chile and Sweet Paprika, to create a finishing salt with plenty of sharp flavorful heat. Use this blend wherever you need savory, slightly fruity, and spicy elements, including on eggs, tomatoes, avocado, corn, and of course, meats.

Spicy Grilled Corn



  • Fire Salt Spice (for sprinkling)
  • Ears of Corn (4, husked and cleaned)
  • Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
  • Sour Cream (cup)
  • Parmesan Cheese (cup)


  1. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together, and set aside.
  2. Grill corn until done and slightly charred, turning every so often. Once fully cooked, slather mixture on corn, then sprinkle with cheese and spice on all sides.
