Cocoa & Ancho
Brazilian Cacao Nibs are ground to form our own 100% Cocoa powder. We mix it with toasted Ancho Chile to deliver a pleasant, tingling heat. Then we add freshly toasted and ground Cumin, Garlic, and Coriander to achieve a balanced earthiness, and finish with a touch of Hawaiian Cane sugar to round out the nutty bittersweet taste of the Cocoa in this deconstructed mole.
Handcrafted from Brazilian Cocoa Nib, Ancho Chile, Cumin, Garlic, Sea Salt, Hawiian Cane Sugar, Mexican Oregano, Malaysian White Peppercorn, Coriander, Hungarian Sweet Paprika, and Ceylon Cinnamon.
