We blend a variety of cocoas and mix them with Ancho Chiles to form a luxurious, bittersweet flavor base that boasts a mature, subtle heat. The addition of traditional Mexican spices balances the blend, paying respect to the flavors that inspired Mexico’s famous mole sauces.

Cocoa & Ancho Rubbed Chops



  • Cocoa & Ancho Spice (2 tbsp)
  • Pork Chops (4)
  • Kosher Sea Salt (pinch)
  • Olive Oil (for drizzling)


  1. Season chops on both sides with a pinch of sea salt.
  2. Add spice and massage into meat.
  3. Lightly drizzle both sides with olive oil.
  4. Grill/cook meat until desired doneness.
