Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta



  • Cajun Blackened Spice (4 tbsp)
  • Chicken Breasts (4)
  • Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Minced Garlic (2 tbsp)
  • Parmesan Cheese (cup)
  • Heavy Cream (pint)
  • Fettuccine (pound, pre-cooked)
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes (cup)


  1. Season chicken with spice on both sides and brown over medium-high heat until done. Slice in strips, and set aside.
  2. Add oil to a pan over medium heat. Saute garlic. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and chicken. Add cream, and bring to a simmer until sauce reduces. Stir in shredded parmesan cheese until sauce is thickened.
  3. Add pasta and toss. Garnish with sliced green onions.
