Cocoa & Ancho

Tastes Like:  Cocoa - Ancho - Garlic - White Pepper

This rich, savory blend is inspired by Mexico’s ancient Aztec civilization, which used Cocoa and Chiles to create a spicy cocoa drink that is the stuff of lore. We blend a variety of cocoas and mix them with Ancho Chiles to form a luxurious, bittersweet flavor base that boasts a mature, subtle heat. The addition of traditional Mexican spices balances the blend, paying respect to the flavors that inspired Mexico’s famous mole sauces.

Jessica's Tips:  This is a great way to make pork chops or tenderloin to another level. A crowd pleaser for sure paired with mexican rice.

Recipe Ideas: Rubbed Pork Chops, Steak Enchiladas
