The sweetness of honey is the perfect accent to this cheese appetizer. Please note: Appetizer is a loose term because I have been known to make a full meal out of this recipe! Full of Calicutts Israeli Za’atar with its herbal notes of thyme and nutty flavors of sesame seed, this feta block recipe is full of vegetables and flavor.
