Whipped ricotta is the five-minute appetizer that tastes like you fussed for an hour. A quick spin in the food processor turns whole-milk ricotta into a cloud-soft, silky dip; a swirl of honey and our Calicutts Mediterranean Blend layer in warmth, herbs, and a little savory depth. Spread it in a shallow bowl, drizzle with more honey, finish with flaky salt, and serve with warm grilled bread or seeded crackers. This easy whipped ricotta dip is endlessly versatile — a crowd-pleasing party appetizer, a wine-night snack, or a make-ahead starter you can whip up in advance and dress just before guests arrive. Sweet, herby, and impossibly creamy, it’s the recipe that quietly disappears first.
