Bourbon Peach Glazed Brie En Croute

Ingredients
1 Wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese
1 Sheet Puff pastry, thawed
1 Jar Stone Hollow Farmstead Fairytale Peach Preserves
2 Tbsp Calicutts Vermont Maple Spice Blend
1 egg, beaten
Crackers or baguette slices for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry slightly to smooth creases.
Place brie in center of pastry. Spoon the Fairytale Peach Preserves on top of brie.
Fold pastry up and over brie, trimming excess and pressing to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with Vermont Maple. Cut small decorative slits for steam vents.
Bake 20-25 minutes until pastry is golden brown and puffed.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Serve warm crackers or baguette slices.
