Baked Sweet Potato Fries



  • Vermont Maple Spice (2 tbsp)
  • Sweet Potatoes (2)
  • Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Kosher Sea Salt (pinch)


  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fry-shaped pieces. Place fries in mixing bowl and add oil and spice, tossing to coat.
  2. Pour fries onto non-stick baking sheet, and arrange fries in single layers with space between each fry.
  3. Bake 15 minutes, then flip fries, baking 15 more minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
