Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
1 lb Fingerling potatoes, halved length-wise
2-3 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Calicutts Herbs Blend
1 Tbsp Calicutts Salt & Pepper Blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
On a lined baking sheet, spread out potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with Herbs and Salt & Pepper. Toss and place in oven.
Bake for 30 minutes or until you can pierce with a fork. Remove from oven and enjoy!
