Ingredients
1 lb Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 Jar Tait Farm Foods Sweet Onion Jam
2 Tbsp Olive oil
6 oz Bleu cheese, crumbled
3 Tbsp Calicutts Smoked Spice Blend
6-8 Fresh figs
4 oz Prosciutto slices
2 cups Arugula
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Directions
Preheat oven to 475°F with pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
Roll dough into oval or rectangle, about 1/4" thick.
Brush with olive oil.
Spread onion jam over dough, leaving 1" border.
Sprinkle bleu cheese & Smoked over jam.
Carefully transfer to hot pizza stone/sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and immediately top with prosciutto slices (they'll soften from residual heat).
Top with fresh arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Slice and serve immediately.
