Indian Garam Masala
We start by separating the hulls of Green and Black Cardamom pods to release their inner seeds. These seeds are added to a mixture of whole Coriander, Cumin, Peppercorn, Bay Leaf, Star Anise, Nigella, Clove, Nutmeg and Cinnamon stick, and slow-toasted over gentle heat until their essential oils release a warm and aromatic fragrance. Afterwards, we freshly grind all of the spices together to produce this truly authentic spice blend.
Handcrafted from Coriander, Cumin, Tellicherry Black Peppercorn, Green Cardamom, Korintje Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Nigella Seed, Star Anise, Bay Leaf, and Black Cardamom.
