In Hindi, “masala” refers to a mixture of spices, while “garam” conveys warmth. Thus, Garam Masala is a warm blend of spices. Our interpretation of this traditional blend is most closely associated with the Punjab region of Northern India. We start by mixing Green Cardamom, Coriander, Cumin, Peppercorn, Bay Leaf, Star Anise, Nigella, Clove, Nutmeg, and Cinnamon stick to create this truly authentic spice blend.

    Handcrafted from Coriander, Cumin, Green Cardamom, Korintje Cinnamon, Black Peppercorn, Nutmeg, Clove, Nigella Seed, Star Anise, and Bay Leaf.

Spiced Apple Crisp



  • Indian Garam Masala Spice (tsp)
  • Butter (3 tbsp)
  • Apples (3, chopped)
  • Pecans (1/2 cup, chopped)
  • Walnuts (1/2 cup, chopped)
  • Maple Syrup (2 tbsp)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add chopped apples, and spice. Saute for 5 minutes until apples soften.
  2. Remove skillet from heat. Combine pecans and walnuts, and sprinkle over top apples. Melt remaining tbsp of butter, and combine with syrup. Drizzle over top pecan and walnut topping.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
