Southwest Taco Chicken Fajitas

  • Southwestern Taco Spice (2 tbsp)
  • Green Bell Pepper (2)
  • Red Bell Pepper (1)
  • Chicken Breasts (4 to 5)
  • Vegetable Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Onion (2)



  1. Slice peppers/onions into quarter-inch strips. Slice chicken into half-inch strips. Place into casserole pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°. Sprinkle spice over chicken and vegetables, then oil. Use spoon to toss and mix.
  3. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Serve on tortillas with fixings.
