- Southwestern Taco Spice (2 tbsp)
- Green Bell Pepper (2)
- Red Bell Pepper (1)
- Chicken Breasts (4 to 5)
- Vegetable Oil (2 tbsp)
- Onion (2)
- Slice peppers/onions into quarter-inch strips. Slice chicken into half-inch strips. Place into casserole pan.
- Preheat oven to 400°. Sprinkle spice over chicken and vegetables, then oil. Use spoon to toss and mix.
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Serve on tortillas with fixings.
