Simple Mexican Adobo Marinade

  • Mexican Adobo Spice (2 tbsp)
  • Orange Juice (cup)
  • Olive Oil (tbsp)



  1. Whisk together ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into plastic bag over top your choice of meat (seafood, chicken, pork, beef).
  2. Place bag into container and refrigerate between 12 to 24 hours.
  3. Grill/cook marinated meat until fully done.
