INGREDIENTS:
- Montréal Spice (2 tbsp)
- Strip Steaks (2)
- Red Wine (3/4 cup)
- Worcestershire Sauce (2 tsp)
- Olive Oil (3 tbsp)
DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk Worcestershire, olive oil, wine, and 1 tablespoon of spice in mixing bowl to create marinade. Place steaks in plastic, resealable bag. Pour marinade over meat.
- Shake bag, and place into a container. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove steaks from marinade. Pat dry with paper towel. Season steaks on both sides with remaining spice.
- Grill/cook meat until desired doneness.
