INGREDIENTS:
- Chinese Five-Spice (tsp)
- Pork Tenderloin
- Green Onions (3)
- Garlic Cloves (3)
- Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)
- Hoisin Sauce (3 tbsp)
- Sugar (2 tbsp)
DIRECTIONS:
- Trim tenderloin of silverskin, and place into plastic bag. Break onions in half, crush garlic cloves, and add into bag along with other ingredients. Seal, and mix. Place bag into a bowl and refrigerate overnight. Remove next day and let sit for half-hour.
- Preheat oven to 425°. Empty bag into foil-lined dish. Roast 45 minutes to 1 hour. Rest for half-hour. Slice and enjoy on buns, in stir-fry or over ramen.
